Deltek Vantagepoint Manager Target Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 Daily onsite, midtown Manhattan Why This Opportunity Stands Out Lead a full-scale Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint migration with executive visibility Become the long-term owner and subject matter expert for a mission‑critical business platform Partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and leadership teams Drive reporting, process improvement, automation, and system optimization initiatives Shape future‑state workflows and business processes across the organization Competitive compensation package Key Responsibilities For The Deltek Vantagepoint Manager Lead the end-to-end migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint, including planning, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution to ensure data accuracy and system integrity Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Deltek Vantagepoint across Finance, Accounting, Project Management, CRM, and Resource Planning functions Develop dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, and operational reporting solutions for leadership and key stakeholders Oversee user acceptance testing, issue tracking, remediation efforts, and successful system adoption Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and external consultants to optimize workflows and align system functionality with business objectives Lead future system enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and automation initiatives following implementation Establish governance standards, security permissions, internal controls, and best practices to support long-term system stability and compliance Create and deliver training programs, user documentation, and change management communications to increase adoption and effectiveness Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as the primary liaison with Deltek support Qualifications For The Deltek Vantagepoint Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of Deltek Vision and/Or Deltek Vantagepoint experience, including at least one full-cycle migration, implementation, or major system upgrade Strong knowledge of project-based ERP systems, project accounting, financial reporting, and professional services environments Experience with data migration, system configuration, testing, stakeholder management, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, workflows, and reporting capabilities
