Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum-General Medicine-Physician
Half-day Rate - $600 flat rate for 4-hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
Daily Rate - $1200 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
Bonus - one time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams
Local candidates only, travel included in rates
Candidates must be within 50 mile radius of home address
Willing to accept these specialties:
family medicine,
internal medicine
orthopedic surgery,
anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.
Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing
Option to work days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)
One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
No prescribing, no treatment

There are 2 options for coverage, it will depend on the current need and will be clearly listed below:
Per diem at a VES facility- provider must be within 50 mile radius of home address listed on the CL unless otherwise noted
The provider must have their own office to see Veterans (there is no VES location in the area and VES is looking for providers that have their own office) The Providers office must be within 50 miles of the listed city unless otherwise noted.
