divh2Title Clerk/h2pAs a Title Clerk you will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents. Title clerks must be organized, and detail oriented in handling files and maintaining documents./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliProcess the acquisition of titles from original owners/liliMake lien payoffs/liliTitle transfers to the receiving dealership/liliEnsures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles/liliRecord and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/lili2+ years experience in title work/liliWorking knowledge/understanding of title requirements in every state of the U.S. is helpful/liliFamiliarity with DMV rules and requirements/liliKnowledge of loan origination functions mandatory/liliKnowledge of State Tax Codes/liliKnowledge of Sales Tax for multi states/liliMicrosoft office experience preferred/liliDetailed oriented and well organized/liliExcellent verbal/written communication skills/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
