- Evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized treatment programs based on occupational therapy principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to assistants, technicians, and support staff.
- Utilize rehabilitation equipment and maintain accurate documentation in computer systems.
- Provide care while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout treatment.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Texas Drivers License (for individuals designated as drivers per policy).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using computer programs for documentation and patient records.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment.
