This role involves working in a warehouse environment to process orders accurately, support order fulfillment, and maintain inventory integrity. You will use pick sheets, RF scan guns, and material handling equipment to pick, pack, ship, and receive products while ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential to succeed in this position.

• Process customer orders accurately using pick sheets and established procedures.
• Pick and pull parts and products from inventory according to bills of materials and order requirements.
• Package parts and products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Perform inventory activities, including cycle counting, to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Use RF scan guns to track, locate, and verify products throughout the warehouse.
• Support shipping operations by preparing orders for shipment and ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Assist with receiving operations by unloading, checking, and recording incoming materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move products safely within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials and products from trucks or staging areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines while performing general labor tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete daily workload and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment performing order processing, shipping, and receiving tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret bills of materials to pull correct parts and products.
• Proficiency using RF scan guns for inventory control and order processing.
• Demonstrated skill in picking, packing, and packaging products accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory activities such as cycle counting and stock verification.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and perform material handling duties safely.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory records.
• Capability to perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Basic reading and documentation skills to follow pick sheets, labels, and shipping documents.

• Prior experience as a material handler, order picker, or warehouse associate.
• Familiarity with warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
• Comfort working with handheld RF scan equipment and related warehouse technology.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks during a shift.

The role is based in a warehouse setting that involves regular use of RF scan guns, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. You will spend most of your time on your feet performing tasks such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, and moving products. The work may involve handling various materials, working around racking and storage areas, and operating in a fast-paced environment with defined processes for shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Dress will typically be practical and suitable for warehouse work, such as comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear that supports safety and mobility.

This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
