We’re a growing team that values accuracy, dependability, and pride in a job well done. What You’ll Do Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and schedule payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Payroll: Provide payroll info to our 3rd party payroll company. General Accounting: Perform bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and assist with basic financial reporting. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus). Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel. Proven track record with AP, AR, and payroll processing. High attention to detail, strong organization, and dependable work ethic. Benefits & Pay Competitive pay based on experience.
