Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, and gait and balance training under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with Physical Therapist-established goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Report treatment results and patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience (Required)
• Active Texas PTA license or compact license (Required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Long Term Care or skilled nursing environment
• Familiarity with creating and following personalized rehabilitative care plans
