Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN – Critical Care in Albany, NY, specializing in Progressive Critical Care. This is a travel assignment where you will be part of a team caring for medically delicate and surgically complex patients. The work environment involves high acuity patient management, making this a challenging yet rewarding position for experienced critical care nurses.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Critical Care
- Provide care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, and multi-system organ dysfunction
- Manage complex traumas and surgical complications
- Utilize advanced hemodynamics, including pressor usage per titration protocols
- Administer antihypertensive drips, sedatives, and thrombo-embolytics
- Implement infection prevention protocols and manage HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent
- Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients
Requirements of the RN – Critical Care
- Valid RN license
- Experience in large-scale adult PCU or community hospital ICU
- Competency in the care of medical and surgical populations
- Must have ACLS certification
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission
