Participate in training and team meetings. Suggest improvements to customer support processes. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Good computer literacy and typing proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
