Our client company, a well-established, successful, and growing specialty Architectural firm, is looking to hire a Project Designer to join its Project team at its Minneapolis-area office. The Project Designer will be responsible for taking client info from Account Executives and Sales Reps to create and develop 2D and 3D renderings of project sites. The Project Designer translates sales concepts into buildable design plans, producing reliable design deliverables that align with project/customer requirements and site constraints. Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing 2D and 3D site layouts with AutoCAD and 3D rendering software;
• Creating installation-ready drawing packages including equipment and surfacing layouts;
• Adapting designs to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards;
• Maintaining organized design files and documents to support accuracy and team efficiency;
• Partnering with sales and other design team members to create buildable solutions;
• Helping develop presentations, submittal packages, and renderings for client review;
• Assisting with design revisions, project scope changes, and updates to drawings throughout a project lifecycle;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• A 4 year degree or equivalent in architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, design, or a related field;
• Strong experience in CAD Drafting & Design;
• Proficiency with AutoCad and 3D modeling software;
• Proven ability to create detailed 2D and 3D design documents and models;
