This role focuses on crisis stabilization services, ensuring client safety, medication compliance, and daily living assistance.Essential Responsibilities:Deliver crisis stabilization and support services to individuals in mental health emergencies.Maintain timely and accurate documentation following organizational policies.Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations effectively.Engage with clients positively, supporting their goals and safety.Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).Foster professional communication and collaboration with clients, healthcare teams, and external agencies.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Preferred: Two or more years of professional experience in mental health services, crisis response, or related fields.Requirements:Must be at least 21 years old.Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.Successful completion of background checks including KBI, DCF, child and adult abuse registries, and motor vehicle screenings.If driving is required, a valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements are necessary.Skills and Abilities:Familiarity with community mental health services.Basic computer proficiency.Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.Effective communication skills.Physical Requirements:Light work involving occasional exertion up to 25 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs.
