Let’s Talk!Therapy Center is a one-stop pediatric-focused practice located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. Our team is rapidly growing—we are expanding and currently have an opening for a full time Speech- Language Pathologist.

Team Lead Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Model, facilitate and drive positive work culture and team morale
• Participate in Core Team meeting
• Facilitate/participate in communication between manager and team
• Facilitate/participate in Lead team meetings
• Mentor new employees
• Mentor graduate students
• Evaluate and treat with pediatric clients
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records/documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Provide parent education

Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and have a valid/active OT license from the state of Nevada.

Requirements:

• Pleasant demeanor
• Positive, collaborative work ethic
• 3-5 years Occupational Therapy experience
• Must hold valid Nevada Occupational Therapy License
• Mentoring experience
