They ensure planned results are achieved within budget and on time by developing budgets and timelines. They track critical project milestones and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, vendors, and both exempt and non-exempt employees.Responsibilities:Managing projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelinesImplementing formal processes and tools for effective resource, budget, risk, and change managementIdentifying project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategiesDeveloping and maintaining detailed project plans, registers, and timelinesPlanning and controlling project schedules and budgets, ensuring resource optimizationCoordinating with various stakeholders to support project needs and servicesProviding regular project status reports to stakeholders and upper managementFacilitating project meetings to ensure team alignment and effective communicationAnalyzing project outcomes, applying lessons learned to future projects, and contributing to the refinement of project management best practicesConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
