We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our team and help serve our clients with excellence. Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax minimization, creditor protection, and long-term family goals. Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Manage trust and estate administration matters, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution. Prepare federal and state gift and estate and tax returns. Represent clients in probate proceedings and guide them through the process. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional, client-focused service. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. 6+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Proven experience drafting and implementing sophisticated trust planning strategies and a high level of client contact. Strong legal drafting and writing skills with close attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset. Ability to balance multiple matters and meet deadlines in a supportive team environment.
