Required Skills

• Valid medical license in the relevant state
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Strong clinical skills with experience in labor, delivery, and gynecological care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with telemedicine or outpatient women s health services
• Bilingual proficiency
• Additional certifications in advanced obstetrical procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience with on-call responsibilities

Other Requirements

• Availability to cover approximately once per month, including a 3-day 24-hour call from Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am
• Willingness to provide coverage that may expand over time
• Ability to accommodate additional responsibilities such as reimbursable travel, licensure, and certification costs
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding sick leave and other employment standards
