What You'll Do
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure every dish is cooked, plated, and presented with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety guidelines.
Work efficiently during busy service periods, keeping up with high-volume orders without sacrificing quality.
Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
Monitor ingredient quality and notify management of any shortages or concerns.
Assist with daily prep work, stocking stations, and kitchen cleanup.
Follow all safety procedures and properly operate kitchen equipment.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-energy environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
