Nurse Float Pool
Nurses in the Float Pool care for acutely ill adults and their families, that present with a wide variety of diagnoses. This is a great place to further your development as a Registered Nurse and become exposed to many disease processes as you float to units within your service line. We strive to provide safe, quality care, while ensuring patients have an overall positive experience while in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needsfrom routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Minimum of 2 years Clinical Nursing Experience in specific specialty area required
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
This position has a hiring range of USD $60.44 - USD $73.78 /Hr.
