The Imaging Department has 3 hospital procedure rooms, 1 ED, and 4 rooms in the imaging area. It supports 17 radiologists providing a variety of imaging services. Most assignments are on shift with other sonographers at the same location. Cases will vary by location and bench assigned. Position requires 2 years of experience and proficiency in general abdominal, R/O DVT, R/O Ectopic. For some rotations, additional limited vascular, OB/GYN, neonatal head, breast and prostate competencies, and support for invasive procedures such as thyroid and liver biopsies and drainages are significant value add. Competency in use of Siemens, Philips, and Client US Units. RDMS or RVT for US is required. Shifts vary based on location and Scrubs or labcoat are required in either Black, Teal, or white for labcoat.
