The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.Responsibilities\n \n Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.\n Develop and update individualized plans of care and discharge plans.\n Document services accurately and in a timely manner.\n Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and involve families in the care process.\n Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.\n Qualifications\n \n Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).\n Active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.\n Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.\n Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #37442168.
