What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a mixed-acuity progressive care unit and med/surg settings
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions
• Support floating across units within OSU organization as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Comply with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably on PCU or med/surg units
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong clinical skills and professionalism
• Ability to float within OSU facilities and adapt to changing priorities

About the Assignment:
This stepdown/PCU mixed-acuity unit caters to adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions. Travelers will work in a progressive care environment with opportunities to support both PCU and med/surg patients. The unit values adaptability and teamwork to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
