Licensed Practical NurseHealth Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at the state Correctional Facility in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $40 / hour *W2Shifts Available:0930-2200Job Responsibilities:Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patientsMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careMaintain accurate patient medical recordsProvide companionship and basic care to patientsAdminister prescribed medications to patientsMinimum Qualifications:At least one year (12 months) of experience as a LPN.A valid and current LPN license issued by the State of North Carolina.A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
