Registered Nurse Ortho/Med/Surg

About This Position This role is located on the Ortho/Med/Surg unit at our LevelIV Trauma Center in Ontario, Oregon. Shifts can be self‑scheduled with a tool provided by the hospital. You will be part of a tight‑knit team that strives to provide excellent care to each patient. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on patient care to a variety of patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Advocate for patients’ physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being. Educate patients and families regarding health and recovery. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred). Current RN license required. Multistate nurses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire (ACLS or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS).
