Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, and retain qualified staff in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct performance reviews, recommend pay and advancement, and address employee issues. Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational efficiency. Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses; identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain inventory levels through ordering, cycle counts, and stock replenishment. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, including signage and pricing. Uphold financial integrity via cashier accountability, security practices, and cash controls. Foster a clean, safe, and customer-focused shopping environment. Follow policies and complete documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, coaching, and legal compliance in retail settings. Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; management experience is a plus. Bilingual skills may be advantageous depending on location. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Use of equipment like scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
