Revenue & Operations AssociateTysons, VirginiaRevenue & Operations AssociatePosition SummaryThe Revenue & Operations Associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales and Operations teams. This role focuses on partner onboarding coordination, contract administration, basic financial operations support, and operational tracking to ensure smooth execution of sales and partner workflows.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following defined processes while supporting multiple internal stakeholders. This is an execution-focused role with clear priorities and escalation paths.Core ResponsibilitiesPartner Onboarding & Contract Administration (Approx. 35%)Coordinate partner onboarding activities, including contract collection, credit applications, project registration, and account verificationPrepare, send, and track DocuSign agreements, including standard contracts and NDAsEnsure contracts are completed accurately and filed in appropriate systemsMonitor and manage the inboxProvide contract status updates to Sales and Operations teamsSales & Financial Operations Support (Approx. 25%)Submit and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure approvals are obtainedCoordinate payment requests and route invoices to Accounts PayableAssist with credits, rebates, and refunds by following documented processesSupport tax exemption documentation collection and record-keepingAssist with basic account reviews and escalate discrepancies as neededOperational Coordination & Logistics Support (Approx. 20%)Coordinate shipping requests for demo equipment, employee systems, and special returnsTrack shipments and confirm deliveryServe as a coordination point for vendors on order status and documentationMaintain trackers for special orders and logistics requestsProcess Documentation & Operational Tracking (Approx. 15%)Maintain existing SOPs and update documentation as processes changeEnsure operational trackers, intake forms, and shared documentation are currentOwn and monitor the inboxLog requests, track completion, and escalate issues when neededAd Hoc Operational Support (Approx. 5%)Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams as capacity allowsSupport special projects with clear scope and timelinesOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, administrative support, or a related roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfort working with multiple teams and following defined processesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a SaaS, hardware, or technology-enabled services environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), DocuSign, or ticketing systemsExposure to basic finance or billing workflowsKey CompetenciesReliability and follow-throughClear written and verbal communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWillingness to ask questions and escalate when neededCollaborative and service-oriented mindsetPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to work in an office environmentProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computerOccasional travel may be requiredWhy Work for PointCentral?Collaborate with outstanding people: We hire only the best.
