Project ExecutiveA leading national general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout Miami. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.Job DescriptionProvide executive oversight for multifamily and mixed-use construction projects in Miami.Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for ownership groups and development partners.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.Support preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating review, value engineering, and procurement strategies.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and quality objectives.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and safety requirements.Participate in business development efforts and assist with client pursuits and proposal presentations.Mentor and develop project leadership teams to support organizational growth.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, project delivery, and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
