Industrial Cleaner | Oakland, CA

Pay: $19.50/hr | Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Temp-to-Hire)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and sanitation of the facility to ensure a safe and orderly workspace. You'll play a key part in maintaining the buildings and surrounding areas to meet high safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute end-to-end cleaning and sanitation procedures for designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform floor care such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing.
- Manage daily facility waste removal, including emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Clean and sanitize industrial machine parts and production surfaces.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning, paper, and restroom supplies as needed.
- Follow strict health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
