This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on leasing experience and variety, with the assignment running through the end of 2026. A Day in the Life Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available homes Guide applicants through the leasing process from interest to signed lease Maintain positive relationships with current residents to support renewals Keep leasing paperwork and files organized and accurate Pitch in on general office and community operations as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred Strong sales instincts and a talent for closing Comfort with Microsoft Office Reliable transportation (you may travel between communities) Experience with Yardi, resident retention practices, or multifamily housing is a plus, though not required.
