England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier in the country. Drivers on this dedicated Walmart lane deliver all no-touch freight from Shafter to locations throughout Southern California. Be home daily while earning a great career. Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees. Lane Details: Average 2-3 stops, with backhaul back into the DC Majority of loads depart the DC between 1500 to 2100 Home Time: Home Daily with typically 2 consecutive days off per week Drivers expect to work weekends but get 2 consecutive days off Mileage band pay, Stop pay, Detention Pay Safe and On-time bonus New, well maintained trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling dry van and reefer trailers Slip seat operation Driver requirements: Valid Class A CDL 21 Years of age or older 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD+D Insurance PTO 401(k) Additional voluntary benefits For additional details, including eligibility, please see the Company’s Benefit Summary and Driver Employee Policy Manual.
