Commercial PainterProfeta Painting is seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial Painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying coatings to a wide range of commercial and industrial surfaces, both interior and exterior.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and values safety, teamwork, and professionalism on every job site.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and primingApply paints, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentComplete projects across various commercial environments (offices, warehouses, retail spaces, industrial facilities)Operate and maintain painting tools, equipment, lifts, and scaffoldingFollow project specifications, blueprints, and all safety protocolsKeep job sites clean, organized, and safeCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients as neededMeet production timelines while maintaining high-quality standardsQualifications2+ years of commercial painting experience preferredExperience with spray equipment (airless or air-assisted) strongly preferredKnowledge of coatings such as epoxies, urethanes, and industrial finishes is a plusComfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, lifts)Strong attention to detail and solid work ethicValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workdayPreferred SkillsExperience with floor coating systems (epoxy, polyaspartic)Familiarity with surface preparation standards (SSPC or similar)Ability to read and interpret basic plans or scopes of workOSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOvertime opportunities availablePaid time off and holidaysHealth benefits (if applicable)Opportunities for advancement (crew leader, foreman roles)Why Join?Consistent, year-round commercial workClear opportunities for growth and advancementTeam-oriented environment with strong leadershipCommitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
