Role Scope Build the software behind data center robotics: task planning, fleet coordination, and integration with company systems. Ship the autonomy glue: perception outputs, navigation stacks, and task logic composed into reliable behavior. Own the operational tooling: monitoring, teleoperation fallback, and diagnostics for robots at remote sites. Integrate robotics data into the platform: missions, exceptions, and outcomes queryable like everything else. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. You've worked with ROS or equivalent middleware on real hardware. You engineer for remote failure: recovery, fallback, and observability built in. You've integrated robot systems with enterprise or facility software. You debug hardware-software boundaries without a lab bench. Bonus: Navigation and SLAM. Fleet orchestration. C++, Python, or Go.
