Seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Producer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy inquiries related to auto, home, renters, and personal insurance lines
• Process policy changes including endorsements, updates, and cancellations
• Support renewals, billing questions, and payment-related issues
• Issue certificates of insurance and other required policy documents
• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and underwriters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records
• Provide timely and professional customer service to policyholders
• Support claims-related inquiries and coordinate with carriers when needed

Qualifications and Certifications

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty License (mandatory)
• Prior experience in insurance customer service or personal lines support
• Familiarity with insurance agency management systems such as AMS (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle high-volume client interactions and service requests
