Lead our machine shop — CNC milling and turning to tight tolerances on custom work. What you'll do: Lead and schedule the machine shop Program, set up and run CNC mills and lathes Assign work and mentor machinists Own quality to print — work to ±0.005\" Keep the shop safe and on schedule What we're looking for: Experienced machinist with CNC setup and programming Lead or supervisory experience Strong blueprint reading and precision inspection Wants to run a shop and build a team Schedule & what we offer: Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available.
