HVAC Duct Installer

Airfresh AC & Mechanical is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Duct Installer to join our team full time. This role requires working both independently and within a small team, emphasizing quality duct fabrication and installation. Responsibilities Fabricate and install HVAC ductwork according to mechanical drawings Perform duct fabrication with attention to detail and quality Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete tasks accurately Work collaboratively within a small team to complete projects Follow proper safety techniques during installation and lifting Handle moderate lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of materials up to 50 pounds Required Qualifications Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings 2+ years of duct fabrication experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Friendly, personable attitude with customer-focused approach Desire to exceed job requirements and contribute proactively Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials and equipment Preferred Qualifications Technical certificate in HVAC or related field Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills Experience specifically in duct fabrication Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive work environment Benefits paid holidays uniforms training opportunities tools recognition achievements Join us for a fulfilling career path with a lucrative, uncapped earning potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
