Job Title: Materials Planner II

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.50 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Schedule: 7/8 AM – 4/5 PM (standard full‑time hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks and support team operations
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and data updates
• Identify issues and resolve them quickly and professionally

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excel proficiency — ability to create and manage spreadsheets
• Customer communication — clear, professional interaction
• Problem solving — proactive and resourceful
• Education: High School Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
