Field Service Representative - LTSA

Role Overview Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, operating across all five continents with nearly 218,000 employees. In its Water Technology Business, Veolia deploys solutions for water scarcity, quality, and energy efficiency. As a Field Service Representative, you will work on client water treatment sites, performing maintenance and troubleshooting on systems such as media filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultrafiltration (UF). Key Responsibilities Conduct maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment. Consult with Veolia management and client operation teams. Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications. Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance. Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries. Maintain inventory of spare parts, chemicals, and replacement parts. Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, SDI, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment. Valid Driver’s License. Proficient in computer use for reports, emails, and service manuals. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in maintenance. Availability for weekend and after‑hours work on rotation. 5% travel for training as needed. Working Conditions Environment may include outdoor, mobile trailer, or fixed-site operations.
