Monitor health closely, specifically regarding seizure activity.Communication Support: Help the client communicate using an iPad, picture selection, and non-verbal cues.Behavioral Support: Maintain a calm, structured environment and provide medium-level behavioral guidance.Documentation: Record daily services and communicate consistently with families and Abound team members.Position RequirementsMust be 18 years or older.Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.Physical capability to lift and perform full-assist transfers (required).Comfort providing high-level personal care and managing tube-feeding/medical routines (comprehensive training is provided).Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.No prior experience in the I/DD field?
