Pay $140,000~$500,000 per year Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - plus (based on production and experience) Employment Type Part-time Requirements Cosmetic Dentistry DEA Registration Endodontics Residency General Dentistry Implant Dentistry Licensed dentist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Pediatric Dentistry Residency Valid Maryland Dental License and DEA License (active) Malpractice insurance coverage required Proficient in general dentistry with strong knowledge of dental anatomy, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, implantology, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a patient-centered approach Job Description Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions with same-day treatment initiation. Manage a patient load of 10 to 18 patients daily, delivering a variety of dental services including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and full-mouth restorations Extractions (surgical and non-surgical), including third molars (a plus, not required) Root canal therapy on anterior and premolar teeth (molar RCT a plus, not required) Partials and full dentures Cleanings, Full Mouth Debridement (FMD), scaling and root planing, with laser use Implant procedures (training provided) Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort effectively throughout procedures. Interpret digital and contrast X-rays for diagnosis (training provided). Utilize digital CAD/CAM technology for intraoral impressions (training provided). Stay current with dental advancements, technologies, and best practices in patient care and management. Maintain full compliance with HIPAA and all dental regulatory requirements. Exercise full control over treatment plans with the support of a seasoned sales and financial team handling treatment acceptance and patient financing.
