Overview: The PM Scheduling Assistant performs general administrative duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one year administrative/office support experience or combination of equivalent experience and training preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
PM and every other weekend
48 hours every 2 weeks
Duties:
- Answer Scheduling phone during evening and weekend hours, review staffing levels and if needed, call staff to fill vacant shifts
- Answer switchboard and direct all incoming calls and visitors
- Greet, screen, assist, and answer questions of visitors and residents
- Photocopying, filing, misc. office duties as assigned
