Utilizes hand tools such as wrenches, ratchets, pliers, screwdrivers, and clamps. Operates power tools such as battery powered drills, saws, sanders, and grinders. Operates overhead cranes and forklifts. Uses measuring equipment frequently such as tape measures, torque wrenches, calipers, and levels. Performs spot inspections throughout assembly process and final quality testing to ensure product is assembled properly and to the highest standard. Troubleshoots and tracks project status. Identifies and communicates any safety or quality issues with lead or immediate supervisor. Maintains clean and safe work area, utilizing 5S practices whenever possible. Assists shipping department with crating and loading of conveyors. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
