Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary :The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a key partner with the warehouse operations leadership, providing strategic and hands‑on support in all areas of human resources. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, drives employee engagement, and supports workforce planning to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume, fast‑paced environments and a deep understanding of HR best practices within the warehouse or logistics industry . Responsibilitie s:Employee Relation s:Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concern s.Investigate and resolve workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policie s.Recruitment & Staffin g:Partner with HR Director to understand workforce forecast & staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies with the TA Manage r.Lead recruitment & selection best practices. Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires within NA employee designatio n.Maintain applicant data accuracy within HCM- UKG & monthly racking of hiring metrics and countermeasure action item s.Performance Managemen t:Drive completion of annual performance appraisal activit y.Support supervisors in coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plan s.Facilitate annual performance review processes of trainin g.UKG system Administrator for Performance Management system ; creation & distribution (Annual Reviews, 90-day Reviews, etc .)Compliance & Policy Administratio n:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA ).Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS dat a.Maintain Monthly HR Metric s.Training & Developmen t:Identify training needs and coordinate programs for warehouse staff and leadershi p.Promote career development and succession planning initiative s.Safety & Engagemen t:Collaborate with safety teams to reinforce workplace safety standard s.Drive employee engagement program annual action items to improve retention and moral e.What you need to be successfu l:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fie ld5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role supporting warehouse or manufacturing operation s.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practice s.Proficiency in HCM systems (UKG) and Microsoft Office Suit e.Experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce plannin g.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen s:Certification in HR Manageme nt Make a career at SUPPLY TECHNOLOGI ES:Career Development: Success starts from within, and we will help you chart your path from which you can enhance your career evoluti on.
