We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a busy Property Management Division in Honolulu. This is an excellent evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth and stability for the right candidate. Why Join Us?
- Competitive hourly pay (~$25/hour)

- Exposure to a wide scope of accounting functions in a growing property management environment
- Assist with daily accounting operations supporting property managers
- Process and record cash receipts (rent payments, checks, deposits)
- Prepare and distribute client, tenant, and vendor payments
- Generate financial reports and client proceeds
- Support tax filings, including General Excise Tax (GET) and 1099 reporting
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (property management experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting processes
- Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
