Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing best practice guidelines. \n
- Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, identifying key goals and strategies for therapy. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing diverse mental health concerns, tailoring therapeutic techniques to the needs of each client. \n
- Lead couples therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship satisfaction. \n
- Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans in response to client progress and feedback, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to fulfill legal and ethical obligations. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to expand therapeutic skills and stay current with the latest trends in marriage and family therapy. \n
You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique challenges. Your role will require sensitivity and adaptability, allowing you to navigate their individual concerns while providing the appropriate therapeutic support. Our clients come to us with various issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, making your expertise invaluable in fostering their pathway to improvement and recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist as mandated by the State Board. \n
- Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy, showcasing a strong understanding of therapeutic practices. \n
- Proficient writing and communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to electronic health record systems for documentation purposes. \n

- Experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health issues, particularly with children and adolescents. \n
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the capacity to apply them effectively in a virtual setting. \n
