Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Pediatrician in Pensacola, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient pediatric practice focused on preventative and primary care services
• Provide well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Relationship-based medicine with dedicated medical assistant support
• Established patient population within a community health setting
• Daily protected administrative time built into the schedule
• Opportunity for compensated nurse practitioner supervision
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR platform

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• Optional 4-Day Work Week Available
• Approximately 18-20 Patients Per Day
• 15-20 Minute Appointment Times
• 40 Minutes Protected Administrative Time Daily
• Shared Phone-Only Call Coverage (~8 Weeks Per Year) with Nurse Line Support

• Base Salary Starting at $200,000+

Requirements

• Board Certified Pediatrics REQUIRED

Preferred:
• Outpatient pediatric experience
• Community health experience
• Bilingual Spanish skills
• Experience managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions
