Automotive Sales Specialist (Smart Honda of Des Moines)

Sales Specialist
Smart Honda of Des Moines is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Group. We are a family owned company with 22 locations across five states and continue to expand. We offer a family-friendly 5-day work schedule, medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) with a company match, paid time off, and a vacation savings program with a company match.
As a sales specialist, you will build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in our no-haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you'll help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record
