Pay Range: 1956.68 - 2054.51

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Requirements: BLS; ACLS; NIH; Must adhere to UVAs float policy; Can submit with VA license pending; Must have Epic experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for neuro trauma and neurological patients on a step-down unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and neurological status regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic.
• Adhere to hospital policies including float and shift schedules.
