Caregiver - Weekend AM (Part Time)

About the Opportunity Lo-Har Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to join a dedicated team focused on making a difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and the community. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, encourages independence, and preserves dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Ownership Responsibilities Assist residents with personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health activities. Show personal initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision. Maintain consistent attendance as scheduled and address work-related problems with the appropriate individuals. Communicate effectively: listen carefully, show sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, provide thoughtful responses, and report timely and accurately to appropriate parties. Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information. Present a neat, clean appearance and participate in designated facility in‑services. Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications Prior direct care experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Current CPR certification required. Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
