You role:- Global Asset Management: Act as the lead point of contact in managing and developing the sponsorship packages , partnering with Audi F1 Team, Tennis, and Golf associations.
- Strategic Activation: Develop and execute creative on-site activations and digital campaigns that drive brand equity and deliver ROI.
- Operational Excellence: Use advanced project management methodologies to coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure flawless execution of sponsorship rights.
- Tech-Forward Optimization: Leverage AI and modern marketing tools for performance tracking, reporting, and creative brainstorming to keep our activations cutting-edge.
- ROI Focus: C onstantly look for ways to extract commercial value and brand visibility from our existing sponsorship portfolio.
- 5 + years of experience in Global Sponsorship Management, Sports Marketing, or International Brand Activation.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong negotiation skills, relationship management and ability to assess potential and amplify the impact of negotiated assets.
- Diligence and cross-functional management: You are able to oversee multi-faceted projects, pay attention to details and ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables, coordinating the work of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Versatile communicator : You demonstrate a broad-based cultural understanding and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-Agile: You are comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and are always the first to adopt new tech to improve team efficiency.
