Willing to help you get your Illinois hygiene license if you are licensed in Missouri! Southwood Smiles Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 242 Southwoods Centre Drive, Columbia, Illinois 62236 Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday- Tuesday 8:30 am- 6:30 PM, Wednesday 7:30 am- 5:30 pm, Thursday 7:10 am-4:30 pm, Every other Friday 7:10 am-1:00 pm 1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses! We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
