Description

What You'll Do:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Load raw materials and prepare machines for production
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete machine setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments
- Accurately track production, material usage, and scrap
- Maintain production and quality records
- Use forklifts, computers, and scanning equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
- Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
