Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include: Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production Training new team members on critical job functions Requirements Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment Franchise Disclaimer This position is with an independent McDonald’s franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
